ZION MONITORED: Working method

We install a small application on your client and server systems. This allows us to monitor your server, whenever something should go wrong, is it either software or system resources, we can respond to this malfunctioning and resolve the problem.

Next to the server monitoring, we provide both clients as server with the latest available updates. This way we ensure your network to be up to date. The client systems can request help through a ticket or a chat-session.

Whenever a client-computer needs assistance to which one of our technicians needs be physically there, our application allows us to remote control the client-computer and resolve the problem from our office.
